These guys are honest and take pride in their work, I took my car in because it broke down on the highway and my check engine went on. They looked at it for 3 hours before finally telling me "it was simply just low on oil" could've made up anything and charged me a fortune, but these guys care about transparency and honesty.
View on GoogleI would not use this person for foreign cars. He is not certified and the service was terrible he damaged my vehicle and refused to fix it. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful whenever I asked him why he would not fix the original repair after I paid him over 2,800 for this service.

View on GoogleHonesty, expertise and a desire to do the right thing are what I look for in a mechanic. I was near Valley Cottage for my son’s hockey game. We picked up our car from the dealer on the way to the game. When getting off the parkway I noticed a clunking in the right front axel. I am from over 2 hours away and was afraid to drive home. I pulled into Rail’s at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. They were closed. Luckily the owner Anyiro was in the office doing paperwork. I explained the situation- he told it sounded like a safety issue and he wanted to help. After a 2 minute drive he said it sounded like a loose stabilizer bar. We pulled into the shop and he fixed it. He refused payment and told me he was happy that we would be safe getting home. Here is a business owner who is interested in people- I live 2 hours away- I can not be a repeat customer - but he helped when his shop was closed and out of concern for others. This is what the world needs more of. Anyiro and Rails Auto thank you.
