I ordered a set of 4 tires, scheduled the appointment and arrived early. I returned 2 hours later and work had not yet begun on my car. There was 1 person working on that day. Tires were installed and nothing else was done. My car was not balanced nor were the tires realigned. I returned the next day and still the issue was not fixed. Returned a third day and the issue was worse. I had to take my car to another tire shop and they properly realigned and corrected the balance on my car. I’m going to BJ’s with the receipt from the second tire shop to get reimbursed for the corrected work done on my car by a different tire shop. Don’t go to BJ’s Tire in Nyack. Go to Mavis Tire.

Place was clean Answered my phone call right away to Confirm my appointment I told the person on the phone I would need some Assistants getting out of my car cause I wear a prosthetic on my right leg he came outside to help me walking inside got me and Offered me of me coffee or water and chain to Sit down and wait his name was JR really nice woker then I Met frank he is the guy in charge and told me what needed to be change like My tire pressure sensors and Also An alignment for my car and He put the tires.I ordered online on my car as well and balanced the tires. Clean the rust off my rotors when I was watching from a Distance in the waiting area. The only thing that was a problem was the lack of staff just JR and Frank being the only two workers there they made sure they everything was right with my car before leaving. Just have some Patiences is what I always say to myself I was there from 11:05 am to 1:15 pm but my car runs supper Smooth. I would definitely be going there again. When it's time for a new set of tires. Thanks again JR and Frank for doing a fantastic job!

Payed for new tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them mounted and balanced. I was told that the tires weren’t in stock right before the appointment and had to reschedule. A month later I was again told the tires weren’t in stock three hours before the appointment. Complained about this and was told by management, this wasn’t their fault. It was their suppliers fault.

I my tires from here a few years ago. The perk of buying tires from BJ’s was that if you get a flat they fix it for free. I recently got a flat tire and could not just show up anymore for them to look at it had to make an appointment. Tried to make an appointment and the best that they could do was three days after I got the flat. I am no longer going to buy tires from BJ’s. Not only do they not care about their relationship with their current customer, you now have to purchase tires first give them the money upfront and then make another appointment to get them on your car which is asinine. So if you wanna walk in and buy tires you cannot do that any longer. this company no longer cares about the loyal customers they have they only care about making a sale.

I came to get my winter tires done and the associate was really quick, attentive, and personable during my visit. He went straight to the point and I got my tires on with no hassle. I have little knowledge about cars and did not even realized I had a wheel lock on but he thoroughly explained what I needed and the process of changing tires with it on for me. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need to get my tires changed.
