The best customer service!!! They are very friendly and helpful with any questions. Plus, they have everything and in large quantities. I left happy.

The reason for the return is that the tool does not meet my requirements for the task intended. I have only used it once to test its functionality. The item is in its original packaging, and I have the receipt. According to [mention local law, e.g., "Consumer Rights Act" or "Store Return Policy"], I believe I am entitled to a [refund / exchange / store credit]. However, your staff refused to process the return, which I find unacceptable for a high-value purchase. I request that you review this decision and process my refund within [5-7] business days. I recently purchased a battery charger pack from Harbor Freight for $433 (including tax). It turns out my issue was just old batteries, so after using the pack only once, I no longer needed it.I brought it back two weeks later with the original receipt, expecting a standard return. However, they refused to take it back simply because the box had been opened. In other major stores like Home Depot or other hardware retailers, this is never an issue if you have a receipt.Even after speaking with the manager, they flatly refused to help. Their attitude towards customers is very poor and inflexible. Now I am stuck with a $433 piece of equipment that I have no use for.I strongly advise shopping elsewhere, especially for expensive items. If you realize the tool isn't right for you, Harbor Freight will not help you. Better to go to a store that actually values its customers and has a fair return policy.

This was before pump experience, please keep reading. I used to go to whiteplains store but this place opened up, but I have to say every time I walk into this place for one specific item, I leave with a shopping cart full of stuff that I may or may not need. Hahaha, Great prices with good quality equipment. Update- don't every buy any type of pump from this place. I bought a brand new pump for my pool cover, the pump didn't work. I called the store for return policy, they do not accept pump back in store. I was told to call a number. The message said fillout form and submit. This happened to me on October 4th no one has responded. I had to buy another pump from Home Depot. I will never buy anything from Harbor Freight again. They lost a customer for life. Pump pictures attached, don't waste your money. Update- to be fair I did receive a full refund 3 weeks later and was told to dispose pump.

Delighted to find a hammer that fit my hand perfectly! This tiny little Hammer is perfect for my arthritis. It's not too heavy to hold or swing and is perfect for putting a nail in the wall or removing one! Thank you for making this simple $4.99 product. Ps, it fits perfectly in my toolbox!
