Tesla Service Westbury

Everyone is great at this service center. They were great when they opened, and and more recently they inherited some amazing people from another service center. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenny in the service center—he very knowledgeable and helpful, I was in an out of there in no time flat.

The car is like a toy. Had to get things fixed 3 times since i bought it last year. They are constantly backlogged due to the amount of cars coming for service and their process is so bad. If you have an appointment they will only address one concern, and ask you to make another appointment for other concerns which is usually at least a month away.

They promise optimistic delivery time and then keep extending every 30 min. I was told that car will be ready in an hour. Here I am after 3 hours in the waiting room still waiting! People are nice but can’t leave people hanging.

Ac and heat not working change me $2998 and other $2498. Almost $7000 for nothing buy Tesla if you want bankrupt

Worse experience. I came for a an alignment, nothing else, nothing special, and I show up and they tell me the machine for allignment doesn't work. No one thought it prudent to reach out to the customer before I wasted my time showing up for that appointment. Then I reschedule for a different day and show up and had to wait more than 2 and half hours. Apparently all the technicians are on lunch at the same time. Why have an an appointment time available if every technician will be on lunch at time? Worse experience. Better to go to a different center. Zero stars
