Just left the store this morning feeling confident, knowing my car was in good hands of Guillermo. I needed 3 of my tires replaced to complete my full set of 4 for the firestone destination le3 tires. Free alignment check and tire rotation included with purchase along with a 70,000 mile warranty on the tires. $130 after taxes for the alignment which was masterfully taken care of by the mechanic himself. Everything took about 2 hours but I enjoyed watching the process and appreciated the professional insight from the team on Monday.

The best!!! Since the minute you walk in you’re attended with the upmost kindness!! Yes Firestone is always busy but that’s because they’re the best!! They do everything to their upmost capabilities considering the volume of work!! Which is always greatly appreciated! I went in on Saturday and was completely satisfied with the customer service A++ as well as the service to my vehicle. Gray,Damian, and the other young gentleman in the front counter were the kindest!! I will definitely always recommend Firestone (especially this location) to my friends and clients from my job! Love them!! Definitely returning for my next service when needed!!

Pretty quick service, not waiting extra long. Quality of work is excellent. I usually prefer to use Firestone weather I'm in NY or CT. They are very accommodating, as I noticed a few people walking in and needing things same day.... and they did their best to get it done!!!

Came for the wheel alignment after I had installed new wheels. The staff was friendly and professional. Did not have to wait long for the wheel alignment and brake check to be done - took less 40 minutes. They provided before and after chart as a standard practice and didn't try to sell me any additional service. The overall experience was pleasant and would recommend.

I went to the Firestone near my home because I believed I ran over a nail in the road and wanted it checked before I would get a flat tire. I didn't have an appt. Levittown was busy and asked is I could leave my car or come back later. Neither worked for me. The manager called Westbury and they could take me in.right away. I went to Westbury, I was taken right away. I did have a nail and they were able to patch the tire. Both locations the staff was extremely courteous and helpful and together they relieved my fear of getting a flat and being stranded and I was able to proceed with the tasks I had to do. Very pleased.
