Bought a car from them, and check engine light came on a couple weeks later. Intake manifold, and even though that’s not covered under the “warranty” they give out in the first place, and despite my getting Covid/pneumonia and being unable to bring the car in for over a month after I reported it (like almost a month past the 30 days), they got the part and fixed it and didn’t charge me a penny. Repair took a little bit longer than initially expected, but the customer service was great and they explain what’s going on honestly. Never felt out of the loop. If you’re looking for a new car with absolutely no risks, this isn’t the place for you - that’s the nature of used car places. There’s always gonna be a little bit of risk. But if you’re like me and your budget is limited - they do a damn good job of helping you get a car that’s actually drivable, and are they’re an honest business, which is hard to come by in the industry.

The bad reviews dont understand used car buying. If you bought it on marketplace it would be as is. Peter kay fixed and took care of way more than expected. Im used to buying from marketplace and this was a great experience comparing. They did they're best to make the car as perfect as it could be but at the end of the day it is a used car and anything can happen. If you want a car that nothing is going to happen to it go get a brand new lease or buy a new car with a warranty. I purchased a jaguar f-pace and i am more than happy. If you understand its a used car you're buying I'm sure you will have a great experience.

I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan about a month ago and it performs as expected. The purchase was made at the North Tonawanda location and their operation seemed disorganized and the gentleman there tried to sell me the vehicle for more than the price advertised online. Once the paperwork was signed, it was going to take a few days to check the brakes, conduct an oil change, and do the NYS inspection. Communication with that location stopped abruptly but Andy at the Alden location was able to get me squared away and even transferred the vehicle to the Alden lot. If I was asked if I could recommend any improvements, I would have liked a checklist of the items that were checked and performed. The car runs well and I would definitely give them another chance.
