Had a pleasure purchasing a 2011 chevy silverado had a coulp issues and he told me to bring it back and I did no questions asked and took care of them issues plan on doing more business with this family owned business ps they are busy people work with them and they work with you rember your not buying a new vehicle it is used small car dealer not them big wig dealers thank you again erin

I do have to agree with the negative comments listed here on how this establishment is ran, I show up on time for an appointment and the mechanic or who ever was out gassing it up, ok no big deal. Started asking about another one I was interested in they told me $500 more then what it’s actually listed for on line. Honest mistake or trying to up sale, I’ll never know the answer. Anyway the Young “kid” maybe 20’s with a friend or maybe another worker I don’t know pulls in with the vehicle I was actually their for. they’re riding like Cheech and Chong, no actual proof of any wrong doing on their part but from a visual perspective not a good start and very unprofessional. And as soon as they get outta the vehicle I noticed the rocker is totally rusted apart and Swiss cheese. so I quickly take a look before anything else and right then and there I knew it wasn’t worth 4k I would give them 1k at most but I’m looking for an automobile to last several years not months. With that said I got up and said nope this vans rusted to pieces not worth 4k and as I walked away the young “kid” started laughing and mocking me for my comments.. with all that said, I’m surprised they are actually in business. Stay away. Not worth the time.

Put a deposit down a vehicle that we ended up not purchasing. It’s been weeks of back and forth to try and get my deposit returned to me. Initially I was getting the run around, was promised twice to get my payment returned via electronic transfer and now my texts and phone calls are being ignored. Absolutely unprofessional.

Absolutely unprofessional. Went through them, was approved for a loan on a Chevy traverse, went to pick up my truck the day it was “ready” to only be told they couldn’t sell it as they didn’t have the title which what? They said they only had one vehicle I could have and at that point my loan was in affect etc I felt I had no choice , here we sit less than 5 months later the engine is blown because it was misfiring in the 3rd cylinder of course right when the 30 day warranty ran up and less than 2 weeks later the engine blew . Mechanic said they absolutely were aware of an issue with the engine as the 3rd cylinder had been tampered with prior to them removing the engine plastics. I’ve reached out with no return call and now im stuck with a truck with no engine, and 5,000$ left on my loan . And the loan company is trying to mark it as a repo due to the issues but refuse to take it . So now I’m without a vehicle, lost my regional manager job: and stuck with a 5,000 loan to pay off and a repo on my back
