Best in town! My 18 wheeler broke down on I90, called them and they were very prompt and helpful. First I said it was the fan belt that broke down when he came he replaced very fast the belt but noticed that the water pump was dead and that was the reason for the belt to brake. He escorted me to a safe place were to park and went to buy a new water pump. Then came back and replaced. Very fast, very polite, professional and good prices for the services that he did. Beware! I'm going to telling you that you handle this situation all the wrong way! As a responsibility of a business owner as yourself NO matter what you think the problem was ! You hammered the seal in with a hammer. You were bound to put in a seal that wouldn't have been in place right. Especially when they make a seal installer for this. Also you crossed wires and didn't put them in the right place also didn't put the wire protectors back on! you broke a sensor off the bottom of transmission which you nerver said anythong about. Why would you that was another 100.00,Also when you don't answer your phone or text messages properly or in a timely matter letting someone know when you will be out to fix your mess ! , How do you think someone is going to respond??? Especially when they have a friend call you and you answer right way! That only show you are avoiding that person! So when he said the word court word which it wasn't a threat It's a facts! You called right away yelling at him when you know for yourself that some day you would have a problem putting seals in with a hammer ! We spoke to MANY PEOPLE about this and a bad injector WILL NOT make the seal leak . If it did we would have had to put more seals in. We been around this business twice as long as you been alive! Also had many trucks that this has never happened. You are acting like we are stupid .. It's to bad you handled yourself the way you did, bad reviews and word of mouth go a long way! And you NEVER SHOULD SCREAM at any Customer who you did service for that you messed up ! On top of it you said you put it with a hammer after he asked you if you had a sealer press. On top of it all we are losing work. So believe what you want. The proof is in the pudding. I'm sorry you had to act like a child and not handle this like a respectable Business man. You should come out and fix it! Now we will be out of work even longer for your mess up! You also putting the plugs crossed and in the wrong place! I guess that was our fault too?!!!!! You won't go far in business with this kind of behavior. Putting The blame on everyboby else and treating customers the way you did. On top of it we paid you WAY much money You milked this job. to be treated this way! I'm pretty upset and I didn't even have to talk to you I heard you. I think He handled himself very well with your actuation. You know what you said! And one thing you should keep to your little jobs like on your Google reviews. Not big jobs like clutches and seals. Definitely not no motor jobs! Stick to your emergency fixes like hose, belts, starters, alternator, tires! I see we are not the only ones giving a bad review!

Definitely 5 star! They repaired one of our trucks that broke down on I90. Fast service, quality job and respectful people! Also the prices are quite good.
