Grand Auto Care And Spa

While I was away on a business trip, my parked car was hit, and coming home to that was overwhelming. I spent some time comparing repair shops, but Grand Auto Care and Spa stood out right away. The level of service I received truly felt like “white glove” treatment. They communicated clearly throughout the entire repair process, made sure every concern I had was addressed, and even guided me through filing my insurance claim and getting into a rental car. The transition back into my own car was seamless. I can’t recommend this shop enough—they really care about their customers.

Did a good job but unorganized and problems galore. The underside rust repair was done but my car was at there shop for a month to get it done. The contractor took his sweet time completing the job. On top of that he messed up with it and made my cars computer short circuit on the highway! Now I am waiting for the new computer to be installed. It’s been almost 2 months. Even if it was just the contractor, I would give them the benefit of the doubt. But the computer or fixing the issue should have taken max a week it’s been almost 3 weeks. I may change my review once I get my car back in working order. For now this is where it will be.

I got into an out of state accident and my insurance recommended him. I knew when I pulled up to sign paperwork he was the real deal. I trusted his process and my car looks better than when I pulled off the dealership lot. He is friendly, has great customer service and does everything he can to help his customers. *photos of before and after below*

I can’t thank this team enough for how helpful and quick they were when I was in a car accident. From the very beginning, they made sure I was okay and had everything I needed. They got me into a rental car right away and had my car fixed and back to me in no time. They always kept in touch throughout the process, keeping me updated and making everything as stress-free as possible. Truly excellent service from start to finish.

Chris and his team are amazing. I got into a small fender bender. My trunk door needed repair. The finished job is immaculate and was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend.
