I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience purchasing a used car from this place was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Amir told me that the vehicle was very drivable, however it was a mess thereafter. From the beginning, he was overly pushy and seemed more interested in closing a deal than being transparent about the vehicle - all the ins/outs/questions. I was assured multiple times that the car had been “fully inspected” and was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, within 48 hours of driving it off the lot, several serious issues started appearing — including warning lights on the dashboard and a loud grinding noise from the brakes. When I contacted him back to address the problem, the attitude completely changed... for the worst (disgusting, deplorable, just down right degrading). Above all, he was not helpful. I was told that because the car was sold “as-is,” there was nothing he could do, despite the fact that the problems clearly existed before the purchase.

These guys helped me out of a jam, on extremely short notice, by diagnosing an issue with a car I had just purchased locally; and was preparing to drive 300 miles home. The diagnosis was completed correctly and efficiently and they could not have been nicer about everything. I highly recommend AFJ Auto Services to anyone.

Bought a car from these guys. Following payment, they went no contact until I mentioned my lawyer, when they said to retrieve the car next day at 5pm. Upon early arrival I was told I'd have to wait until 6:30 (1.5 hours after agreed upon time) to pick the car up. Everyone involved with the buying experience was pushy and rude throughout the entire experience.

VW/Audi mechanics. They are one of the best around. Fair prices and quick work. Cannot beat that. I highly recommend then for all you car mechanical needs.
