Recently purchased my suv. The process was very smooth and easy everyone was very friendly and I never felt pressured into something. A more accurate rating is 4.5 stars only because I was the first to test drive a car it needed to be seen by the shop was told to wait a few days and call them back. I waited 3 days and when I called back I was told it was already pending sale. I was really interested in that car and told the gentleman I was working with I was interested and it was really disappointing to find out that I had waited too long. That was really my only dislike about my experience. Would recommend to family and friends
