Juliano's Towing & Auto Recycling

I was more then pleased with the fast, friendly and affordable service provided to me and my brother when we needed his car pulled out of the ditch! They will definitely always be my first call!

This is my first time dealing with Julianos. Upon arriving at the establishment, where there are piles of garbage all around where the employees are just laying on top of. making it difficult to navigate through to the front. After paying for my vehicle I had 2 questions to ask. Note both questions went unanswered because at this moment a woman named Kendra I think… presumably the “secretary” in her pajama bottoms and hot attitude came up within a foot of my being and started shouting and cursing for me to get out. Stating all I wanted was a discount. The man behind the counter… presumably the “owner” had to tell this woman three times to get out of my face. I felt threatened so I also left and made a report about it. I then called featherlys garage to pick up my car as I was not giving anymore business to this “establishment “ where they were very nice and prompt about getting my car back for me. I highly recommend, if you are ever in an accident make sure YOU let authorities know you want featherlys, and not a business where you will be harassed for asking simple questions. My 5 Star review isn't enough to say how wonderful my experience with Juliano's Towing & Auto Recycling was. I saw the truck in the Peppermint Days parade. I just happened to have a vehicle that I needed out of my barn. See photo! lol So here is my experience. I called Wednesday afternoon and Nick answered. We made a plan and at 3 pm on the following day he along with the best apprentice, Jackson! See photo! The car: No motor, the front end was on the concrete in the barn and the back was n a jack and a cinder block. What a mess. They expertly put the car on the bed of the tow truck. Nick handed me a check and I cashed it an hour later. How easy! Im shouting it from the rooftop: Call Juliano's!

I have life 360 and Nick helped me and my husband. We had a flat tire and he put our spare tire on the car. He was very quick and respectful. Thank you so much we are truly grateful.😊

Would give zero starts if I could!! Terrible company to do business with, if you’d even call it that. The place is covered in garbage, and the owners wife/girlfriend is incredibly rude and aggressive towards customers when asking simple questions!! Potential customers beware and take your business elsewhere!!
