I had a tire blowout on the thruway. The owner, Robert, came to my family's rescue. He replaced our tire and had us back on the road in no time. He was professional, courteous and made us feel really special. We're incredibly grateful for Robert making a bad situation feel so much better. We couldn't thank him enough. A++. Thank you!

If you arent friends with the owner- good luck getting help. I called and asked for help getting a car towed out of my driveway that is illegally parked with no permission. I called Featherly to ask for a tow. They told me no because they are good friends with the business next door. Real professional. DONT RECOMMEND

Featherly came to our rescue after we blew an RV tire on our way to a camping trip! He communicated when he would be there, went right to work, even put air in the spare to make sure we were good for the rest of our trip! So grateful for his kindness and excellent customer service!! Two thumbs up from our family!

Was told I needed a high beam headlight (250.00) for my inspection. I hit a deer a month or so ago,got a whole new front end including headlights. Got home checked my lights and GUESS WHAt they are all working!! If you didn't wanna do it that's all you had to say😡
