First trip for any of my vehicles for auto repair service at Peake's. This place is like being at home in the country. 2 very sweet & charming women in the service dept. Then Todd, service manager, and his team of techs. Todd makes the calls, and his team responds to quality care and service. When any new issue comes up, Todd's on the phone to give you updates, and explains in detail what needs to be done. This is a top notch Chrysler Dealership. I've already scheduled my second vehicle for a service appointment. Melody and Christine are ready to take your calls now and get your vehicle in top operating condition.

Purchased a Grand Cherokee and a Ram 1500 from them. Great service, super personable and very well priced. Consider too looking at their service/slightly pre-owned inventory for killer deals. They do a good job in service too. I had my Jeep cleaned, oil changes and when my tire blew, I got in immediately (twice!)

Both of my subframe cross bars were replaced because one had a rust hole in it. They did a great job of that, I just wish the parts would have been ordered prior to the appointment (that I made a week earlier). This delayed my car being fixed by a day because they had to wait for the parts to arrive.

I emailed Peake Dodge about turning in my lease, The sales person got back to me and needed some information, I replied back with the information he needed 6 days ago and still have not heard back from him. I then saw a truck on their website and I used the link to see if it was still available, again still haven't heard back from them. So I take it that they don't want my business and really don't care about selling vehicles. They just lost a sales.
