Incredibly hospitable staff! I stopped by after Google told me they had a CHADEMO+ fast EV charger (they do not). While the news was disappointing, a salesman there did me a massive favor by offering level 1 charging completely gratis! While I can't comment directly on their sales or repair services, they were nothing but kind and helped out a ton. Thanks guys!

Bought my new baby Arteon from Kenny Montoya. Love the car, love the dealership. These are honorable and responsive people; tell you why. Aside from a fair deal trading in my 2020 Gray Wrangler (see it on the lot - I took great care of it), my former leasing bank decided to attempt to collect additional money from me. The management supported me immediately (one hour!) in providing the proof I needed to show the bank is wrong. You may need to worry about the banks, but the team at VW of Smithtown are honest and professional people. This is the 3rd car I’ve purchased there, and have never had anything other than a great experience. Also, if your dealership is not servicing your VW fairly or correctly, try them - I travel from western Suffolk County and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Noah is great! Efficient and honest. Brought my Tiguan in for Check engine light and oil leak. They repaired it under warranty and I'm back on the road ready for winter
