First visit to AJ's garage and very impressed and highly recommend using this local garage. AJ squeezed me in for new car inspection despite being a low cost item. AJ was great and could tell cares about his customers and cars. Love St James and having an old style owner operated garage in town is a plus. Everyone lets keep these business' strong and thriving.

I took my 2001 Porsche to AJ for an oil change and inspection. Service is exceptional ! Reasonably priced! I highly recommend AJ for a your car service needs. Very trustworthy young man something that’s hard to find nowadays

From start to finish, everyone was friendly, the work was done quickly, and they went above and beyond. AJ was thorough and honest, even offering to recheck something later if needed! How rare is that?!!! I ended up getting new tires and an oil change and still paid less than expected. My car has never run better! Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind mechanics that go above and beyond for every customer. Owner is a gentleman and an expert craftsman. Can't reccomend enough. Also I brought my 2003 Honda (270k+ miles) here for repairs before I drove to Cali and back. Made there and back no problem, only one oil change in Portland.
