I cannot say enough good things about Traci at Bi-County Auto Body in Smithtown. She went above and beyond to help get my Tesla Model S repaired and back to me as quickly as possible, while making the entire process incredibly easy on my end. My vehicle had both a low-voltage and high-voltage battery alert. I originally chose to send the car to Bi-County Full Circle instead of sending it directly to a Tesla service center on a flatbed because of the excellent support Traci had provided in the past. I knew I was in great hands with her and the Bi-County team. Traci called and texted me every single day for more than two weeks with updates. That level of communication is more than I have ever experienced from any other automotive repair company. I never had to chase anyone down or wonder what was going on with my car. She first had the low-voltage battery replaced, but when the alert did not clear and the high-voltage issue remained, she personally coordinated with a transport company to get the vehicle to the local Tesla service center. After Tesla completed the high-voltage battery repair, Traci arranged for the vehicle to be transported back into her care so she could turn it back over to me directly. The finishing touch was that Traci delivered the car back to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. She even had it completely cleaned and ready for me to pick up. I truly appreciate Traci’s professionalism, communication, and personal attention throughout the entire process. She made a stressful situation feel easy, and I would absolutely recommend Bi-County Auto Body because of the level of service she provided.

I Just picked up my 2023 Buick Envision which had some front end damage. All I can say is another wonderful and perfect job done by Bi-County. I've used them several times over the years for repairs and I always been extremely satisfied. I recently ran over a pothole over a month ago. I filed an insurance claim, and Tesla sent my car to Bi-county auto body. I eventually needed a battery replacement and Bi-county did excellent with the battery replacement. Their customer service, and quality of work surpassed my expectations. Even their customer service is very responsive, helpful, and respectful. If I ever have a problem down the road, I will definitely be taking my car back here!

Bi-County ALWAYS is there and is my ONLY AND FIRST CHOICE for my needs when I get in an accident and need repairs! The front desk has the nicest people you will meet in Ellie Juan and Traci. They kept me updated for every single repair. Paul the owner always makes sure my vehicle comes out timely, in pristine condition and with no issues at all. They also make sure my rental with enterprise and claim with StateFarm is smooth as well. NO BS A+ Service would recommend to anyone who gets repairs paintwork etc!!!
