A&R employees were incredibly responsive to my initial inquiries and I was able to book an appointment same day for my NYS inspection. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, they kept me informed, and they were efficient. They were able to get me in and out in under an hour (which was appreciated as I was on my lunch break) and let me know what things on my car would need to be addressed soon. They let me know in an informative way and did not try to pressure me or sell me an additional service. I absolutely would bring my car back here for inspections or if there was an issue.

I came in right away the next day with my gas tank hanging by a thread, I was worried that they weren’t going to take me in on such short notice, but they worked it out with me and I couldn’t be happier. They are very professional and very kind. Their prices very reasonable.. definitely recommend them.
