They were incredibly transparent about everything going on with my car, explained the issues clearly, and treated me with so much kindness throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics these days, but this place truly exceeded my expectations. If you need your car fixed, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I haven't had any service done by them, but I'm only rating them one star because I had called them at 12 PM saying "Would anyone be available to inspect my car today?" And I apparently spoke to "anthony", And he said to come around 1 p.m.. I get here at 1:05Pm and a guy I didn't even get his name said they don't do inspections before 12 PM... I wasted my time coming here and I was lied too. A simple note would've been fine. I would've just went to another dealership.. don't let the reviews fool you.

Hello just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Smith Tire Corp! This shop is a hidden gem located right before U-Haul on Smithtown Bypass, in Smithtown. The staff was friendly & quick. Their pricing is also more than reasonable. I’ll definitely be back next time the truck needs service!
