Yes, you can drink unlimited coffee here because you will have plenty of time. I came here at 12:00 for my car that I left at 9:00 and no one touched it. While pick time, they said it would be ready in 1, 1.5 hours, and when I asked why it was not ready, he said that he said 1-2 pm for the delivery time. This is not right. This service next my house but after this not my first choose. Im back edit my rewiev; Yes they tell me; we fix your tires and you can go. After 3-4 hours my tire done i upgraded photo too. My best bad experience from toyota. today Saturday i need wait until monday. I dont have car until Monday. Thank you best service ever!!!!!

Arrived about 15 minutes after my scheduled 10a on Saturday. The front desk staff were very polite and cheerful. They were busy helping another customer and everyone was pleasant all around. By the time I was up, Mary at the front desk pulled up my information and quickly confirmed the service was routine oil change with NYS inspection. They waived the inspection fee and charged $109.95 excluding tax for the synthetic oil change. They quoted an hour but was ready closer to 40 minutes instead. I paid with a credit card which has an additional 3% surcharge. The waiting room amenities included coffee, tea, or hot chocolate from a machine using single serve packets as well as some individually wrapped bagels. The waiting room was spacious and clean. Overall, a very positive experience. They did offer to change the engine filter and cabin air filter for $69.95 each including labor but I declined and instead headed over to their service department where I was greeted again by very pleasant and friendly staff. They had the cabin air filter in stock and I was able to purchase the item for around $30 (excluding tax and 3% credit card surcharge). Installation was a snap following Internet videos (I lost my owners manual previously). Since they did show me the condition of both filters previously when they recommended the service, I opted only to change the cabin air filter which was visibly dirty and decided to continue using the engine air filter which looked okay. For the research on the internet however suggest that changing the engine air filter would also be as simple as opening a simple compartment and replacing the filter. Again, service was superb and fast. In total, I spent less than 1 hour and left with a new New York state inspection sticker, oil changed, and cabin air filter changed. I know that often times maintenance at the dealers have a bad reputation. In this instance, I think they deserve a good reputation.

Been coming here for years, never had an issue. Great communication and never had to wait very long. Once in while I need an air filter or cabin filter, but I do alot of mileage. Always very polite and respectful. Highly recommend.

This has got to be the only place where a car salesman forgets to be a car salesman. I was never offered to view any models, nor was I ever described the different features of the different types of models. Barely had 45 second spurts of conversation, the "salesman" just keep leaving for numbers and wanted to run my credit. Make the pitch first , maybe make the buyer feel comfortable and informed. They need to do a sales 101 refresher course here.

I went to Smithtown Toyota Express Service few times to do my oil change. This time I had to do NYS annual inspection. I was assisted by Mariela Pantaleon. She is always friendly, efficient and professional. The whole team is awesome! I was 30 min late for my appointment, but not only they helped me, I was out in 30 min.
