I’ve had the distinct pleasure of having work done on my vehicle for the past 3 years at Smithtown Autoworks. Howie has been consistent, honest and trustworthy throughout each and every experience! Just yesterday my daughter had (what she felt was) an emergency with her car. I called Howie at opening time and without hesitation, he had her car right in. After inspecting it, he gave his honest assessment that she was safe to drive it and when she was ready…bring it wherever she wanted to have the work done. He was fully aware that that it wouldn’t be his shop because she’s moving out of town. Because of his honesty (and my confidence in him) my daughter opted to have him do the work right away. Howie and the team had her vehicle ready in just hours! She now feels safe and confident knowing that she can get where she’s going…SAFELY!
