I’ve had the distinct pleasure of having work done on my vehicle for the past 3 years at Smithtown Autoworks. Howie has been consistent, honest and trustworthy throughout each and every experience! Just yesterday my daughter had (what she felt was) an emergency with her car. I called Howie at opening time and without hesitation, he had her car right in. After inspecting it, he gave his honest assessment that she was safe to drive it and when she was ready…bring it wherever she wanted to have the work done. He was fully aware that that it wouldn’t be his shop because she’s moving out of town. Because of his honesty (and my confidence in him) my daughter opted to have him do the work right away. Howie and the team had her vehicle ready in just hours! She now feels safe and confident knowing that she can get where she’s going…SAFELY! I’ve recommended this shop many times and will continue to do so. Thank you, Howie and the team for your service!

Howie and the mechanics are fantastic. I've been using Smithtown Auto Works for the last several years and they have always been honest and fair about the work needed for my families' automobiles. They have always completed the jobs in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

These guys are the most trusting mechanics ive known and very intelligent two brothers that have been doing this work their whole lives and they truly love their work. A little pricey but they know their shit thankyou Howard and Doug for all the honest hard work yall give your customers 👏.

FOR YEARS I Absolutely love the attention to every detail! My guy Brian knows his tires in and out and he knows what he is doing! I trust him. He does what he needs. He does it with a smile and makes it painless. I will never go anywhere else. =D

Long overdue review. I’ve been going to Smithtown Auto Works for about 5 years and can say they are the best and most honest mechanics I’ve ever had . Howie, Doug and Brian always make time to handle any problems quickly and at a reasonable price. Best shop around.
