I bought a used car and while it passed inspection, as with all used cars, there were some issues. I cannot express how professional and informed the team at Rob’s is. They explained everything I needed to have fixed, worked with my warranty company and made sure the car was running perfectly before they left. In addition, I had brought my older car to them in the past and they were incredibly honest, telling me it wasn’t safe to drive and would be too much money to fix. In this day and age, that is worth everything. I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

I recently purchased a '96 Chevy Blazer from Rob. His integrity and competence as a mechanic has been evident from the day he showed me the vehicle. Rob has consistently answered my many questions and serviced the vehicle any time I needed. He does what is needed to keep the vehicle safe and reliable, but not things that are unnecessary. His charges are more than fair. I have dealt with many shops over the years and can't say I have ever found one that I trust as much to do the job right than Rob's. Thank-you Rob

I came in for an inspection on my car and they tried to sell me tires and brakes that weren't needed. He told me that all the tires are bad but he can pass me if a change 1 of the tires. I declined and when I said I get my tires from Costco, he went on a rant that I shouldn't buy tires from Costco just as you shouldn't buy Anderson windows from Home Depot. This made no sense to me as I've purchased tires from Costco in the past and never had a problem. Then he told me my brakes needed to be replaced. My gut told me to leave and that's what I did. I just had the Oil changed by the Honda dealer not long ago and the multi-point inspection they do indicated all the tires and brakes are fine. I drove up the road to another mechanic and passed the inspection no problem and was told the brakes and tires don't need to be replaced yet. I have 3 cars and this place just lost all of my business. I won't be back. Buyer beware.

I won't go anywhere else, PERIOD. Rob is amazing and checks off all the marks on what makes not only a great mechanic, but a great business owner. He cares about his clients and prioritizes safety. Beyond their integrity, they have a very welcoming atmosphere and always work with me to fit me in, even if it is last minute. They are straightforward and very honest. His staff feed off that positive energy and no matter who you are dealing with, you are always in good hands. The prices are always decent and reflect the great work they put in. I am extremely grateful I found Rob because it's difficult to find an honest mechanic, let alone a stand up guy. If you ever have any hesitation, please take the chance to visit his shop, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

Senior citizens beware. I’m very disappointed with my mother’s experience at this shop. The owner performed a service on her car without first asking for her permission, and then charged her for it. When this was brought to his attention, he became defensive and told her to find a new mechanic — all over a $25 issue. This was especially disheartening since she spent close to $1,500 at this shop last year. My parents were long-time customers of the previous owner who treated them respectfully. It feels like the new owner took advantage of her trust, and it’s concerning to see a senior citizen/ elderly woman treated this way.
