Excellent experience!!!. From the moment i walked in i just felt at ease and comfortable. Talking to Mike and Ron and getting everything set up was unbelievable easy with them. They made me feel confident immediately that i was in the right place. Super informative on the process and what my expectations should be including time frame for repairs etc. Very pleasant to speak with in general and extremely polite. The accident was a sideswipe and smash along the entire drivers side of the car. When i got the car back, the work was so amazing that i honestly wished that they would have just painted the entire car. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered the car back to me exactly as scheduled. I have nothing but nice things to say. Would highly recommend and god forbid i have another accident I'll certainly be bringing it here. Thank you M&I!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Very courteous and professional service. Ron was easy to communicate with and dealt directly with the insurance company. My repaired car looked new. I was very pleased with both the auto work and customer service.

Straight shooters who are careful not to promise anything they can't or are not interested in delivering on. I appreciate their directness. They are currently sourcing parts and will doing the work in the spring I will let you know how it goes.

Great, friendly staff at M & I Autobody! All stages of the process were professional and there was very little for me to do, they took care of everything. My car is back in shape and looks perfect! And they got her a great car wash. How's that for service! Thank you M & I!

Love M & I Auto Body. They are the best!!! This is the third time that we've had a car repaired there and each time the cars came back looking like new. Their work is SUPERB and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend M & I Auto Body!!!
