Lincoln of Smithtown Service

i took my car in for a leak under my vehicle cindy was my advisor followed up with me throughout the whole process from beginning to end informing what was going on with my vehicle and once it was done she got it delivered back to my home great service

I drive out of my way to get my service at Lincoln of Smithtown. Chris always takes care of me. The waiting area is comfortable service is fast and it gets done right.

I will not buy another Lincoln due to its service dept. They have never been able to supply a loaner to date .it has been 1yr now since it have purchased this Nautilus. Love the car hate the service! One time they had the car for 5 days ???? No issues were resolved . This time ( 3rd time) I waited 2 1/2 weeks for loaner which got pushed back a day twice only to get pushed again for another week. I’m still trying to fix some of the problems the car has had from new ! The trunk opens half way, the side mirror intermittently does not return to normal position making it hard to drive without a passenger side mirror, and now there is a recall as well, np that’s normal. I have kepted my part of the deal over $700.00 a month, but they can’t keep their deal to me. Service is a key to owning a vehicle. Check the reviews before buying
