I called for appointment dropped off my vehicle. Chris was professional and knowledgeable. I was offered a ride back home. My vehicle needed an inspection and oil change. Chris explained that the tinted windows needed to be removed in order to pass the inspection. The price was reasonable. I noticed that the airbag light on the dash board was on took the vehicle back and it was fixed.

Best auto shop & customer service on the island! After Chris & his team helping me out a few months back when a radiator problem left me, my baby and dog stranded I knew I found the right spot! Today I brought my truck in for an inspection and recieved a text link with all the findings and recommendations which included photos!! It was great to actually see the life left on my brake pads and wear on my tires! I was able to select the things I wanted to have done and the ones I wanted to postpone for a later date. The cost was very appropriate for the great care we received! Thankful for Chris & his team!

I was very pleased with the service! I pulled in with a slow leak in my tire. The Service Manager said it would be about a 1/2 hour to get me in for repair. 20 minutes later I was greeted by Mechanic Walter. He was very pleasant, changed the valve and I was done. I will be returning there for service on my Honda.

Highly recommend! My fiancé’s family has been going here for over a decade. I started taking my car here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The loyalty, honesty and respect they have for customers and their cars here is rare! Communication is also great as well.

The crew at King's Park Car Care are efficient and work fast to get to the bottom of your car's issues and let you know in detail what is wrong and what to do. Highly recommend their service and will continue to go back to them with any issues I have.
