Costco Tire Service Center

Had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center recently. While changing my tires, the team was thorough enough to identify a TPMS sensor issue I wasn't aware of. Their pricing is very economical compared to the dealership, and the service quality is top-notch. Highly recommend!

They told me I needed 4 new tires "because the warranty is about to run out" on the ones i bought there previously... Had a screw in my tire they removed it half way even though my tire wasnt in stock and i couldn't have replaced it that day anyway. Then lied to me that they didnt. Refused to patch the screw, refused to rotate my tires. Last time i was there they broke my key. Just avoid these clowns.

Woke up to a almost flat tire, remembered that Commack Costco has FREE air. While going to inflate I saw a nail in my tire. Went to the desk they said they could either plug it or will need a new one. Probably one of the busiest shopping days on this Thanksgiving weekend. Within the hour they had my car in unfortunately I need a new one. But they gave me the option to put the spare on for me (so I could decide what to do). When I went to pick up my car, smiles all around especially when I was told NO charge!!! The friendly techs in the back refused my tip. All the employees made a miserable situation the best it could be with their friendliness, great service and care. Definitely recommend for your tire needs!

After shopping at Costco noticed tire light was on. Attendant graciously fit me in and repaired the problem in 30 minutes. They were friendly and helpful, even taking time to explain the problem.
