BJ's Tire Center

Horrible experience at Commack BJ's tire . Installed 4 tires and all 4 tires had been balanced incorrectly. Went back to have them corrected and technician scratch the hell out of my painted wheels . Worst tire experience I ever had . Waiting to see what they do about damage to rims !

I had ordered my tires online. I usually go to a mom and pops shop so I felt I was taking a risk coming here. I was helped by Collin who squeezed me in a few days before i had an appointment. My tires were very well balanced. No shakes even at 75 mph. He used a gel to keep from damaging the rim. Properly mounted. Cleaned the hub and inner wheel of dirt. Used a torque wrench to put the wheels back on and tightened the lugnuts in sequence. I know because I watched him work. I'm that customer no one likes because I watch the work get done. But they did a great job. Would definately bring my car back here.

horrible experience. We called and asked if the tires we wanted to order were run flats. They checked with manager and said yes so we ordered. When they come in we were told they weren't run flats. Mike was rude and condescending and said he didn't "believe" we called and asked. Telling everyone we know not to use this tire center. Not just a waste of time but they were horribly rude and ineffective. STAY AWAY.

Great service and the staff and very helpful personable. And, the prices are very good here.

My niece got a flat tire. I called the phone number the of bjs that she was closest too which was Commack on Veterans memorial hwy. The rep. Daniel stated that they had the tire in stock and would help. My niece drove right over and these guys closed the door in her face and said "too bad" we are closing in 5 min. Thanks for leaving a young girl stranded in your parking lot unable to drive anywhere else. FOR SHAME!!!!!
