I had to call police they made a 1200 dollar repair that they never asked if I was interested in and then told my aunt she would pay or the car would be crushed ,the officers that responded said that they get these complaints weekly and urged us to file a complaint, now we are at a different lot still waiting after we already paid because he has the car blocked in and its been a couple hours I would never tell anyone to deal with this..ROBBER, LYER ,CHEAT , DO NOT GO THERE . We will be making a DMV COMPLAINT AS SOON AS WE GET THE VECHICLE BACK

Purchased a truck for my 17 year old son. Frame was rusted on one side & patch welded (poorly) & was never disclosed to us. Illegal!! When I confronted the owner & salesman, they played stupid & acted like it wasn’t a big deal. When they couldn’t take the heat, they called the cops. Cops said they are called their 1x/week for customer complaints. Pursuing DMV complaint, Attorney General complaint & civil lawsuit.

I recently bought a truck from L&M Motors and am very happy with the truck and the service they provided. I had to get a replacement for my 24 year old Toyota, which would not pass inspection, although I had already paid over $3000 for repairs (and another $500 for a gas tank) at an Albany repair shop, and I was not going to sink anymore money into the Toyota. My mechanic in Troy showed me how weak the frame was, and I could see it was a safely hazard and too dangerous to ignore. I needed a truck fast as I had only 10 days left on the Toyota inspection sticker. L&M has trucks that have great value and they move fast. The first two I saw in their Craigslist ad were already sold, but they had a very clean Ford pickup at a very good price, and I am very happy with it. They are motivated to sell, and took care of all the paperwork, making the whole process very smooth and convenient.

So just wanted to take the time to thank Jim for helping me purchase a vehicle he was very courteous explaining everything in detailed. I’m very excited and happy not only is the price is very reasonable, but the payments are very very reasonable not only does it come with a standard warranty, but they also give an extended warranty as well, which is very generous of them. I will be referring other people to this dealership as well looking to purchase another vehicle in the future thanks again everyone for all your help and being awesome. !!

L & M illegally towed my vehicle. It was towed from the Citgo 3 doors down from them. I went In to claim it and they told me I owed them $750. I said no I won’t pay that. I gave them my title, license, insurance, and business card so they could reach me at any time. I consulted with a lawyer and called them. I explained it was an illegal tow and I just want them to release my truck without me taking any action. He said he stopped listening after I said lawyer and hung up. He won’t answer. What’s happening is that he want me to default on payment so he can keep my truck or get $1000 for nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
