Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers

We planned to carefully replace the tire on the trailer, but the mechanic broke the hub cap through his own fault. They are called a roadside service, but they made us pay for the repair, trying to prove that the problem was with the trailer.

Camping at Schodack Island State Park, Day before leaving RV started making a whooshing sound. While checking for a water leak bumped into valve extension on tire and noise stopped. Valve had failed. Called Goodyear Tire and they said they could come out or we could bring in next morning. Opted to drive the 7.5 miles there. Great service! Replaced damaged valve stem extender and checked others.. Even inflated the airbags on the RV. Kudos! They got us back on the road quickly!

Called 1,5h before arrival to confirm they would repair a tire on my box truck. Arrived at 4:30 as agreed and there was nobody here. The person on the phone stood me up.Now I am stranded.

Updated: My husband just called me with some good news.... The shop called Goodyear to see if they could knock off some off the price and they were able to lower the price a couple hundred dollars! Thank you! I can't tell you how much this is appreciated! Now that is great customer service! 👍👍
