Cole's Collision of Nassau

We chose Cole's Collision of Nassau because they were highly recommended from various friends. We went to 2 other body shops for estimates for our vehicles damage and decided to use Cole's. The office staff were super friendly and helpful walking us through the repair process. We were told it would take 2 weeks for the repairs. We had updates during the different phases of the process. The truck was finished early and the job was outstanding!!! We were super pleased with the service and would highly recommend Cole's Collision of Nassau!!

Excellent work! Had a deer jump out at me the other morning heading to work. All the plastic pieces in the front of my Tiguan, sensors, cameras were a mess. The team fixed everything perfectly, got her looking brand new again, work done fast, and the price was great. Everything was taken care of by Cole's, my insurance and the rental place, I just dropped her off. I highly recommend this center, fantastic.

Brad at Cole's took care of me and my situation from the start. I dropped off my car to him the day of the accident and he helped me get into a car rental right away (and even stayed late to help me to do so). He walked me through the process and next steps. And best, he turned around the ~$12K of repairs within 2.5-3 weeks (which I needed because I was moving out-of-town). I could not recommend them more. They even clean the car before handing it back at no charge. One tiny piece of the repair did come off within a week of getting the car back but they offer a lifetime guarantee and will repair for free. I plan to go back next time I pass through to get it fixed!
