Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Liverpool location absolutely killed it. This was my first pull-through oil change and I didn’t know what to expect, but the team made it so easy. I was on an important work call the whole time and they handled everything with patience and professionalism—zero stress. What stood out most is they actually care—they checked my brake lights, turn signals, all the little things that could go undetected if not working properly. It wasn’t just a quick service, it felt thorough and intentional. Fast, efficient, and genuinely great service. This is how it should be done.

Technician did not fill windshield washer fluid reservoir due to “broken hose” earlier. No receipt given after visit. Tire pressures not checked. Oil life indicator not reset after oil change. Paid over $100 for services not done although list is posted on large banner in oil Bay Area.

This was the best Valvoline experience I’ve ever had at the Old Liverpool Rd location. Guys were attentive and very professional. They had great customer service skills. This has not been the case at other Valvoline places I’ve been to. The guys on duty today 2/21 were excellent!!

Arrived and pulled into the open space behind a car already in a bay (2) there was a car waiting in space 1. After about 20 minutes of waiting a gentleman came out and told me it was first come first served and the car in lane one would be taking my spot in lane 2. I was told to wait in line 2 because the car inside getting serviced was going to "take a while". OK I get that. I moved my car and let the other vehicle go. Less than 5 minutes later I was told to go in lane one and I would go in next. Seems like a lot of confusion and moving parts for no reason in a very tight driveway.

Fast and efficient service with a smile. Pleasant demeanors which is rare nowadays. Keep up the great work! Thank you
