Butch is the most honest business i have encountered. I would never let another Auto repair shop touch my car unless under warranty. I don't even ask for an estimate - just drop it off and let him do what ever is necessary and I know it will be done right and at a fair and reasonable price. My daughter had an estimate for a $1,300 repair - I took it to Butch and he fixed it for about a $100. Butch's is number one by a country mile, you literally can take that to the bank.

Pete and the team took care of me very quickly at a very reasonable price. He kept me updated with everything, and got me in and out rapidly. Awesome service.

As always, Butch's was very professional. They quickly and correctly determined the problem with my 1995 Trans Am Convertible. They gave me a very reasonable quote and had the work done in just a couple of days. With all the stories of outrageous repair costs out there, Butch's always surprises me. They are alway below what I expect to pay.

My "Go To" for auto repair in Syracuse......Butch is reliable and has serviced my vehicles for years. He knows what he is doing.. I have tried many other places around town for my business vehicles. He is not the cheapest, but when you consider he "gets it right" the first time, with out the poor diagnostics that end up costing the customer extra money, he is indeed the best price. You get what you pay for. He has worked on my vehicles on at least 22 occasions and every time the necessary repair has been correctly diagnosed, and executed. I have not once, had to take a vehicle back because he did not get the job done correctly. DEPENDABILITY.........................! Thank You Butch

I took my Malibu to Butch's for a tire repair for a leaky tire. They found that the sidewall was pierced and so the tire was not able to be repaired. Then Butch called one of their distributors, even though it was late in the day, and was able to get and install a replacement tire the same evening. They did not make me wait until the next day, they had the job done the same day even though it was almost the end of their workday. I will continue to take my car there for dependable,reliable service, as I have in the past with my former vehicle.
