Needed a tire repaired,Joe got me rivht ib and took care of ot and I was on my way!

This store is awesome! I pulled up w/o an appointment because I heard a noise after changing my own wheels. Was greeted with a friendly smile, and they ran right out and retorqued my wheels at no cost! I was on my way in less than 10 minutes

Absolutely awesome. Went in there with a rusted hitch, ball and nut were practically melted together. The guys there helped us take it off with a torch and some elbow grease, even installed the new ball for us after cooling down the parts. Wonderful service

Worst experience ever. They miss work quality and following procedures and when mistakes happen they don't say sorry. I had done my car inspection here few days ago, left the car for two hours and went and got my car( car suppose to be done at 5pm I got it 5:30pm) on my way to home I got a call from Mavis saying they forgot to scan the inspection tag and i have to get back that when i was almost home. I asked to give me half hour or next day morning the answer was "if you don't come now we will cancel the whole process and keep mentioning it's only 2 seconds will not take long" (I was 15 minutes away). I went back immediately and done the scan but that wasn't all. The next day I realized I had small back in the trunck was missing from my car. I called and spoke to manager about these mistakes he said we all humans this can happen. I didn't like the experience I visited them two times just for small task the done on my car. They also gave me the tires lock with the box they forgot to put it back.
