I went to get the annual inspection. I failed because the wiper blade was broken. It is fine for me except that the one they were offered were very expensive. I let them know I will go to change it and return. It took me only 10 minutes to go to the closer Napa store change the wiper and go back. They charged me $10 more only for place the sticker in the car because they said this is what the reinspection cost was. Now I ask myself why I need to pay $10 extra when i only took 10 to 15 minutes to replace my wiper and go back. Also when they didn't even have to lift my car and they knew that they only had to check the wiper and place the sticker? This is ridiculous. Only a way to charge extra money for nothing.

May 2026, i had great experience getting 4 new tires, and swapping off snow tires. I told them the wrong size tire, over the phone, when i scheduled my appointment, but once we realized it, they were able to call the supplier, and get 4 correct ones in a timely manner. Finishing up same day, while i waited. I returned for my lug nut recheck, and the car is driving great. If you do a lot of highway, goodyear assurance tires have been excellent for me.

Zach and other technicians were so good ! I went for an inspection.. The amostphere was so positive and Zack informed me of things on my car that I was not aware of and said I could always come to him for my car needs! I can’t brag enough of this experience and I don’t know how to put it into words!

I purchased tires the only issue was that they did not arrive at the store when it was convenient. I had to wait to days for them when initially I was told the tires would be at the shop delivered in 24 hours . The rep was gracious and apologized and did give us a free oil Change for the inconvenience so all worked out !

Called in the afternoon expecting a wait for them to take a look at my heat shield. They got me a spot day of calling! They looked at the car took about 10/15 minutes handed me the keys and said I’m good, no charge! I was expecting $100-$150 charge for the work done. Awesome guys working there nothing but a pleasant experience. Consider me a long time client for the future. Thank you for your kindness it doesn’t go unnoticed!
