I'll attempt to keep a long story short. Got ran off the road in my Genesis. Bent a dealer only part and could not find a shop that had the ability to locate what I needed. I kid you not, 1 call to John on Wendsday, and my car was done Friday. A handshake and a good conversation don't go a long ways in today's world, John and his crew are the exception. I can wholeheartedly say I'll be getting my car serviced no where else but G&V. John and the boys are the best of the best, no exceptions, absolutely thrilled with my experience here, recommended, and my wreck was amended. Back on the road traveling already.

I hit a curb one night it put a slice in my tire. I had my car towed to G&V Auto Care. I called explained how I couldnt miss a day of work because I care for a disabled woman.A few hours later they called and had my car ready for pick up.

I've gone to several mechanics since moving to Syracuse, but now won't go anywhere other than G&V. They're honest, direct, and have gone above and beyond to help diagnose issues and resolve concerns in a reasonable time frame. Pricing is clear and very fair; the mechanics are all hardworking and friendly. I've had nothing but great experiences over the last three years with them!
