First Automotive Inc - Auto Repair in Liverpool NY

I'm so grateful to First Automotive! I'm a Canadian senior passing through Syracuse on my way home to Montreal from Florida. Meanwhile, today, July 2nd, is First Automotive's last day open before the July 4 th long weekend! While driving North on the I -81, my brakes started to make thundering noises a few hundred miles south of here. I knew this was bad news. I arrived to First Auto early this morning without an appointment , stating that I believed I had an emergency on hand. After a visual and later closer inspection, I was told NOT to drive on the highway! Furthermore, to allow me to safely drive back to Canada, they squeezed me in and said that they would repair my front breaks. I am so very very grateful! These guys may have literally saved my life! Thank you First Automotive!

Brought my '94 Mustang in to get it back in shape. Primary concern was making it safe and reliable to drive. It is a sentimental car (previously my grandfathers) and I wanted to be sure it was taken care of. Russ and I talked and he even showed me photos of his Mustang! They fixed it right up and she is running like a dream. My first experience with this company and I could not be happier, they are car people and know what they are doing. Will absolutely recommend and go back again for future car needs.

We refer a lot of people there as they do more than repairs and updates, they really care about their customers. We appreciate Mark always being honest, and giving us advice as if it was his vehicle. Mark and his specialists have been working on my personal and commercial vehicles for over 40 years. All repairs have always been performed correctly every time and in a timely manner. My recent n t visit was for a state inspection. I put it off until there was only one day left before my inspection expired. While they were busy,, Mark got me in and bailed me out. You are always treated family at First Automotive.

First Auto/ Mark Kompare is The Best of The Best in Mechanics Talent (Perfectly resolves every vehicle issue & does Not Upcharge, replace parts not needing replacement, or advise clients they need work that they don't!), but of Greatest Significance as a Stand Up Human Being who's honest, takes that extra second step (third, fourth, & fifth too!) for his clients, resulting in an overall wonderful experience & the client looking forward to returning! Mak runs his business as All Should; it's obvious he was raised well &I have no doubt that his parents are extremely proud (as is God!), as he treats clients as he &/or anyone would like to be treated (actually well above expectation)! I Definately Recomment Mark Kompare & First Automotive for auto needs!
