Port City Collision

Port City Collision exceeded my expectations. After my 2006 Cadillac DTS was badly damaged on St. Patrick's Day, several shops acted like it wasn't worth repairing. From the start, the owner took the time to assess the damage and saw that the car still had plenty of life left. What impressed me most was his dedication. Some parts, including a sensor bumper, were extremely difficult to find, but he never gave up. After more than a week of searching, he tracked one down and even sourced additional parts from Florida to ensure the repair was done right. When I got my car back, I was speechless. The body work was flawless, everything lined up perfectly, and the car looked better than it had in years. They even washed and detailed it before returning it. This car means a lot to me, and seeing it restored so beautifully brought me to tears. It's rare to find someone who puts this much pride, effort, and heart into their work. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and treats your vehicle like their own, I highly recommend Port City Collision. I'm incredibly grateful they took on a repair that so many others wouldn't touch and brought my Cadillac back to life.

I'm so grateful to them. I had a bit of bad luck with a slip and slide followed by a deer all within a week . They got the parts and fixed it all within a week. The owner is very passionate and is able to work with you for a very fair price compared to the bigger body shops. If anyone wants to save money with great speed for a repair, this is the place.

I got an appointment within about 2 weeks of estimate. Randy explained everything he was going to do, and said a week. Morning of the 4th day, my car was done! Looked like new, color matched perfectly!! I would highly recommend Port City Collision to anyone needing body work. Randy is a great small business owner, who does excellent work! 💯
