It’s uncommon nowadays to find businesses with excellent customer service and quality work , but A&P Automotive has it all! I have been a customer for years and the service has been excellent every time. The service advisor Mike is a great guy. Mike and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend A&P Automotive for all of your tire and vehicle repair needs.

I had to get my car towed to A & P Automotive after an unexpected breakdown. Mike and the team were professional, friendly, and jumped into action, even though I had just dropped a broken car at their doorstep. They quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair efficiently. Dealing with car trouble is never fun, but A & P made the whole process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

Doesn't seem too interested in conversation or pretty much anything else! Kind of makes you feel like an inconvenience.

The family and staff of A&P are amazing, especially Mike and Jeff. Both are always helpful over the phone and when you walk in the building. They recently went above and beyond when I needed to replace a brand new tire and I could not have been more thankful and appreciative. I always recommend them to everyone, and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

I would highly recommend A & P auto. They were able to take me in last minute and diagnose the problem and fix it the next morning at a low price. My own dealership never showed me the kindness and wonderful customer service that is produced at A & P auto in Oswego. Also, they were really patient with me and my lack of knowledge with cars. Mike explained the problem and what they did to fix it like three different ways to me so I could understand. I am so grateful to them. And my car sounds brand new!
