Marry was one of the best store managers I’ve ever dealt with. Very kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable. She hooked me up with a ride home while my pickup truck was getting new tires on it. I highly recommend doing business at the Good Year Store in Oswego N. Y. I’d like to say thank you to the employee Kevin also. He was very helpful and kind also. Answered all my questions and concerns about the installation process.

We were in Oswego for a baseball tournament. Traveled up from Pennsylvania. Started Saturday morning with a flat. Nothing was open yet but we came across this Goodyear shop a guy came in early and we dropped the tire off. Short story long we had a bad bead. They got it in between appointments and made the repair. I was shocked when I went to pay and it was $27. I’m sure this will be the last repair I have that is only $27. Appreciate the honesty!!

They didn’t just treat me like another customer — they genuinely cared and made sure I was taken care of. Goodyear of Oswego really helped me out on 21 Jan 2026. We were in town visiting family, and discovered a slow leak in a tire. Called Goodyear the afternoon of the 20th, Matt got us in first thing next morning, tech replaced a bad valve stem, and got us on the road for an 8 hour drive home! Awesome response by the team at Goodyear Oswego NY, THANKS!!!
