Mike, Dennis, and Dave always take good car of my family's needs weather its new tires or oil changes. Good customer service is hard to find now a days! Great group of guys! As a local business owner who goes through alot of tires highly recommend this shop!

Working with Dave and his staff over the years has truly been a pleasure. For 50 years, Silver City Tire has been providing top-notch automotive sales and service to the community. That kind of dedication, consistency, and trust does not happen by accident. It says a lot about the way they do business and the way they treat their customers.

5hr wait to be told brakes in the front were no good (which they were) but also that the ones in the rear were worn too (replaced 1 month prior). When I called them out on it they charged me $74.00 for 2 minutes on a lift. That’s just taking advantage of people in an economy that is terrible to begin with and will be why your business will fall to chain service centers. You offer nothing but high prices and garbage service

Since Mike took over, I now have to wait 2 weeks and leave my car for the day. Dave never did that to me in 30 years. Going to Alex in Waterville. Main St. Auto. Great guy. Got me right in. Good luck guys Might want to ask Dave how to run your business. Tom S.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! They have EARNED my future business for as long as I live here. IMO, they deserve at least a 6/5 rating.
