This place has the best mechanics ever! Charles rebuilt my whole motor for my van. These men are top notch. Very well ran and the detained service was great. His prices are more than fair, they are low! Highly recommended 👌

very friendly staff, accommodated me as a drop off tow and were able to give me a realistic estimate and timeframe to get clutch repaired . They were able to finish the job when stated, but when i picked it up something went wrong and it wouldn't start. They towed it back and were able to troubleshoot the problem the next day. Also a piece of the shift stick was broken and in pieces on my seat, ( apparently mechanic forgot to mention that happening) but another part was ordered to replace it that I'm just waiting to come in. They stood behind their work and didn't charge me anything extra to fix the mistakes made. Glad to have my car back so quickly. Overall a good experience.

battery died in my driveway, so I came to oneida service and they loaned me their jumper box. went back home, started the jeep and came back where they installed a new battery and sent me on my way. quick and easy. great service!!

Perfect place to get work done on your car. Everyone there is attentive, honest and very professional. Only reason why I am doing a review is because I think everyone should have this type of experience when they are getting work done on their vehicle.

The Oneida Service Center is the most professional center for automotive work one may need in the area! I appreciate them having a female receptionist as a single woman who has had negative experiences with auto shops in Oneida which have made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I feel appreciated at Oneida Service Center and I know I can trust them to do the work they say they’re going to do and charge me fair prices! I tell they care about me as a customer and go above and beyond to help me when as much as they can! Thank you very much Oneida Auto Service Center! I’m praying you service Oneida forever! You’re a great benefit to the community and I hope you always will be here for us!
