I have been going to Acrylic Designs for several years now with two different vehicles, on and off. To be honest, so far I have not found an auto service center that compares. Every time I bring my vehicle in Justin does a great job on my car, and they schedule you in very quickly too. They fix it right the first time, so you won’t have to make a return trip, and they charge what they say, and they are one of the most budget-friendly mechanics I’ve ever been to. If you need your car fixed Justin will take care of you!

My sister and I were on the way home from Lake Ontario Wednesday. When we got off Route 81 we heard a terrible grinding noise. We called the garage immediately and stop there on our way through. Justin came out looked at the car and got it in the very next morning and fixed the brakes. It was a great experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough! It's so nice to know that you can rely on a garage to fix your vehicle and have it done correctly!

I had them replace the front engine cover plate seal on my 2008 5.7L Commander. I provided the part I had bought from my regular maintenance provider because they had lost their senior technician. The lady at the front desk was very kind as was the mechanic that did the work. This repair involved removing everything from the grill to the engine block. After the repair was complete, I asked the mechanic if he had noticed the condition of the timing chain. This was a concern for me since the engine has 110k miles on it. But I had forgotten to mention that when I dropped it off. The mechanic had indeed checked the timing chain tension and said it was in good condition 👍. He also told me he had to change the oil and filter because a little coolant had gotten in the crankcase while he was replacing the front crankshaft seal (which came with the other seal). When I got home, I decided to wait about 30 minutes and check the oil. It was a quart low. So I called and asked how much oil they put in. They said 6 quarts of 5W30. The one oil filler cap clearly says 5W20. And it takes 7 quarts. The following weekend I went to a state park about 15 miles from my house. The park is at the end of about a 1 mile incline. When I got there, I thought I smelled scorched transmission fluid. However, I checked the power steering reservoir and the dipstick was bone dry and the power steering pump was whining. I immediately turned the engine off and had a friend bring me a quart of ATF+4. Thankfully the pump wasn't destroyed since it had been replaced 2 or 3 months earlier when I had to have a new radiator installed. Several coworkers had recommended Acrylic Designs. They ALL know about the oil and power steering mistakes. ☹️

Rick is the most decent, honest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with! I had to have work done to my car and was quoted an astronomical amount at another garage and paid half of what I was told. Honesty goes a long way in this business!

One of the honest ones here. They are very accommodating and also are normally very busy. They do very good work on your vehicle and only do what needs to be done.
