Towed my truck 03/12/2026 and haven't sent me a certified letter stating the cost of the tow bill and storage fee. I recumbent an email stating they don't have it. How wonderful to lose a little old Ford f-550 super duty xlt diesel 4x4 flat bed frame with dually wheels

Ralph did an amazing job with my car. The car came back in perfect condition after a bad accident. The service was speedy and he was great dealing with my insurance company. Highly recommend.

My vehicle was held here for 16 days while Ralph wrote his "free estimate" which I wasn't allowed to see as the owner of the vehicle. We worked with several insurance companys while we advocated for the repair of OUR vehicle after being rear ended on a traffic accident (not our fault). When I didn't like his invisible estimate (he would not give me an estimate) he said I could pick up the vehicle anytime I wanted for the $1306 in fraudulent storage fees which we were not told about. In NYS it's the law that you would have to have the customer sign a form informing the owner of any storage charges (Regulation 82.8). Ralph's collision was cited with the NYS DMV Bureau of consumer and facility services for failure to notify the customer in writing of any storage charges being accrued. I was paid back the fraudulently charged storage charges in full after suing Ralph in court. But I did try to work it out with Ralph who is dillusional and trying to take money out of the hands of the hardworking middle class American fraudulently. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone in fact I believe Ralph is a fraud who let's the Insurance company's run his shop! VERY RUDE REDNECK AND DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH STEER CLEAR! LOTS OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.

I made the mistake of listening to someone from Auto Zone who referred me to Ralph's when I needed my exterior door handle replaced. After talking on the phone, Ralph told me that he could look at the repair on a Saturday, as I use my truck during the week for work. It took about 20 minutes for his "technician" to have the door apart, after which I was told that I needed a lock mechanism in addition to a handle. He told me that the lock mechanism was going to cost over $300. When I brought up the possibility of buying a used one from a parts yard (Dutchers had one for about $60), he immediately lost interest in doing the work. Additionally, I needed to fix a tail light that went out following a car wash. His guy was unable to find the blown fuse affecting the running lights, and advised me to "get rid of all of the L.E.D. lighting" that had been installed, and go back to bulbs. After calling several times to try and get him to install the parts he sent me to buy, I was blown off because he "had a line of people in front of me". He took my door apart and agreed to do the work 3 weeks prior to him dumping me for more lucrative jobs. I was able to find a good mechanic who knew how to change a fuse, and my tail light issue was taken care of. The same mechanic installed my door handle in about 30 minutes. They didn't end up needing the lock mechanism that Ralph told me to buy, so now I have a part that I don't need, and will be charged 30% "restocking fee" by Dutchers if I want to return it. Dutchers is another scam outfit, who likely work in coordination with people like Ralph who are looking to screw over the customers. In short, my advise to anyone that needs an honest, reliable, and competent auto mechanic. . . steer clear of Ralph's collision. His bullshit cost me lost days of work chasing parts I didn't need, and several weeks of aggravation dealing with his excuses and stonewalling. It's shady businesses like Ralph's that make ALL MECHANICS look bad!!!!!

Ralph is extremely honest, super polite, and very knowledgable. He always has the customer's best interest in mind. The body work completed on my Tahoe was outstanding. The mechanical rates are the fairest in our region. I highly recommend.
