Nye Ford Service

Five stars, no question. I had a stressful situation right before leaving for a recent trip as my 2023 Ford Lightning wouldn't start, and I had a flight to catch. I had the truck towed to NYE Ford, not knowing what to expect, and they completely exceeded my expectations. Within two days, their team had diagnosed the issue and completed the repair by the time I returned from my trip. That kind of turnaround, especially on an EV like the Lightning, is impressive. Alisa and the team at NYE Ford, is responsive, professional, and clearly knows what they're doing. This is exactly the kind of service that builds long-term customer loyalty. Highly recommend!

Carrie went above and beyond a regular service person! Making sure that I got a deduction from a warranty and the car was even delivered to my house! Very pleasant experience with Carrie and the entire ford service team.

They have had my daughters Explorer for two months for warranty work. It took a month to get a loaner and they just took the loaner back and she is still waiting for her vehicle back and they keep lying about when it will be finished. No sense of urgency or compassion that she has no vehicle for work, her daughter’s appointments. Very rude to deal with!!

I have been bringing my Ford expedition to NYE Ford for service since 2015 and even though I bought the vehicle elsewhere, the service has been exceptional. I now bring my Audi there for tires and to transfer all season to winter and back in the spring. Easy to do business with and responsive. Highly Recommend Their service dept and fantastic service advisors & crew.
