Matt and crew helped us out with our tires when we were in a tight jam. Matt as a store manager had our back and took the time to make things right. Matt as store manager gave us full transparency and honesty. We will definitely will be giving them our future business from now on!!!!

I called for an appointment. Showed up waited an hour . The tech come out and said it's going to be a bit longer. Literally watched him just stand there and watch the other tech. So I left. Went to another facility the day. I was quoted 49.99. This tech Tom never gave me a quote. I told him I was in a pinch and hurry. All I wanted was a oil change and air in a tire. 45 min later the tech is checking my brakes. I directly told them oil change only. I refused other services. I approached Tom and ask what the hell is he doing. Never added air. Then Tom said ill cash you out. $129.98 later . Never told me that this was going to be the price. I will never ever go back.

Nicest, hard working people I’ve ever met. We got stuck on the thruway coming home. Unfortunately right before most places closed on a Friday night, and the start of some bad weather. We called around to multiple stores with no luck finding our size tire. Finally Steve at this Monro said they could get the right tire in by the morning (even after another Monro in a similar location didn’t seem to try to look at inventory). Shout out to Steve for being so friendly and going above and beyond to help your customers

Matt and his crew were absolutely amazing, they showed me things the previous garage actually broke, he saw how mad I was and he reassured me that he could help me out and he did just that, he also chatted with me while the work was being done just to calm my anxiety, will I go back there to have work done? Absolutely 💯!!!!!!!!!!!

While I did have to wait longer than expected for my car inspection, this place is amazing! Everyone was very friendly and I plan to return!
