Less Staff (probably due to cuts), so the service desk doesn't always have someone available. As a result wait times are longer at the desk. Service on the car was fast, and seemingly good. I had tires replaced. Things seemed satisfactory leaving the store.

View on GoogleGot an oil change before a 700 mile trip. Receipt says all fluids checked and tire pressure checked. Nope, tire pressures all over the place and almost overheated because the coolant was left over a quart low.
