Bradley's Service

Cheap but they scratched my rims up. And I had nice rims. Must avoid and cannot recommend to anyone. Steering wheel shook like tires were unbalanced, rear tires were not balanced at all, front tires were not balanced properly. Had to take elsewhere to have tires balanced properly. Be warned, if you have nice rims avoid!

The guys were very nice. Made an appointment and they were very helpful on the phone. got me in and out on my inspection (about an hour) even though you could tell they were busy. Honest and good workers and I will definitely be using them for everything in the future.

Have been bringing our cars here for 13 years now. Excellent mechanics, honest, diligent, and trustworthy. Will continue to bring our vehicles here.

An hour into my 5 hour drive, and after just crossing the international bridge into Ogdensburg from Canada, an odd noise starting thumping from the front left tire. Thought it was flat but all the tires were fine. Found Bradley's online and made it to garage. They drove the car, checked the wheel weights and then checked the lug nuts and they turned by hand. I had my winter tires switched out at Honda a couple of weeks before and turns out they didn't tighten the front left tire or any of the lock lug nuts on the tires. Mechanic tightened all my tires and was only going to charge me $10. I gave him more since it was a huge relief that I could get on the road again so quickly. Unfortunately, this is the third time in 2 years that something like this has happened between our two cars at Honda when switching out our tires. Very sad that I don't live in Ogdensburg since I would be switching mechanics to Bradley's Service Garage!! Now I need to find a new place in Albany as well since Honda has three strikes too many! Highly recommend the service at Bradley's Garage.

Been new to Ogdensburg and had issue with CV axle and steering of my Honda accord (Vibration issue). Bradley's was recommended by many of my facebook friends. Hence taken my car to them. I must say I was very impressed with their honesty and no-pressure environment they provide you. Very accommodating and did not change any part as issue was found to be in driver seat (wiggles) and no charge for diagnose.
