I don't usually write reviews, but Regan's was so fantastic that I had to say something. I walked in with a nearly dead electrical system and they were able to look at my car, replace the alternator, and get me back on the road within a few hours- and all at a reasonable price. Thank you Regan's for taking care of me.

Took my car there in November for radiator hoses,oil change and inspection.They did the hoseclamps.They did oil change and performed Evap smoke test and cleaned fuel filter neck.Picked up my car.Got home and looked at work order and realized inspection wasn't done,Called them and was told that because my check engine light was on that I had to drive my car a certain amount of miles for reset.I was told that after that I could take my car to any auto parts store and have them check to make sure it cleared.I thought that would be on them when I brought my car back for the inspection.The following day I was on my way back to Reagan's for them to do the inspection when I realized I had no heat or brakes on my car.When the tow truck came to pick up my car and take it to reagans there was heat and brakes.They said they topped off my antifreeze which they didn't because I had to stop on my way home and fill it.They only put on new radiator clamps ,charged me $95.00 and $90.00 for cleaning oil filter neck and $300.00 for round trip tow.I haven't driven my car since November because of whatever happened to my car at the shop.I usually don't say anything but I have been stewing on this since then. I feel robbed.Never again
