Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. My car was towed due to brake failure and also needing air conditioning service , battery replacement, exhaust inspection and NYS inspection . Almost 3 weeks later they managed to replace one brake line and nothing else. When asked if any other work was done the answer from Jose was we are busy and we do our work one step at a time .. Poor communication skills, never contacted me in person nor returned calls , told me to take the car elsewhere when asked about when the car would be inspected and completed. He and his mechanics failed to inspected my brake system properly missed many crucial details like brake pad sensor and a piston caliper leak.and within few miles I had a front brake failure.same one they worked on .. so I am not recommending this shop to anyone who values their time and money. Follow up . Here is a copy of diagnostic charge that you said you didn't charge .. also you FAILED to properly inspect , diagnose and remedy a serious brake problem that could have been catastrophic . You failed to install a proper brake line on my vehicle. Without my consent or approval you substituted an inferior/unfit /improper brake line that is required for such a high performance vehicle. I am posting an image of the brake lines in question. You possible have risked my life . I expect a full and uncoditional refund and an apology at the very least..

Excellent. I had an insurance inspection performed. They also do just about anything else concerning domestic AND foreign cars, just not body work. Jose was very helpful, pleasant, and knew what he was doing. Comfortable waiting room and right next to the factory outlets in Niagara Falls. I was in and out quickly based on what I needed today, but the outlets are right there. My new auto shop!

Amazing service and care for customer. The dealership told me I needed $700 in recommended maintenance. Rosa looked on Carfax and found out that the work has been done recently (at the dealership) and still had 50k before needed. Did full inspection and gave me great advice. The whole team is amazing, helpful and informative. Highest recommendation.

If you have a European car, this is absolutely the place to bring it. They were very communicative during the process. Highly recommend their services.

Had a great experience here - my check engine light came on right before I had to leave for a road trip and they squeezed me in to take care of it even though they were busy. They stayed after hours for me to get the job done which was much appreciated! Rosa at the front was extremely friendly, explained everything to me, and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Will be back for any other issues that may come up with my vehicle!
