Well I drop my car off for a smoke test @ opening 2xs, and picked up after 5p both times. He never told me the issue, and even mentioned things that had zero to do with my code/issue. Paid the guy $160 to do nothing at all. Took to another shop and paid $175 and got the issue diagnosed. It was a faulty O2 sensor. I hate when mechanics take ur vehicle and pretend to do the work ur paying them for. Clearly he never ran any diagnostic tests on my vehicle. Sad. I'm told by another shop that he doesn't have enuff help and he's doing it all solo. IDC about that. If you're stretched too thin don't just take people's money and give poor service. Just send them Elsewhere.

My first time working with these guys was a good experience so far. I got my brakes and rotors fixed and although pricey, I am happy with their quality of work and great communication. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs automotive work done on their vehicle.

I had brought my family car to.this shop.since it came highly.recommended. he did a great job and corrected issue. He was reasonable prices. Now here is where it got interesting. I then took my wife car there for a full tune up. it cost about $350 . the moment we drove the car out it started to stutter now mind you a full time up entails spark plugs and a Lot more. Took it back and the owner played dumb he could not figure the problem. So I took the car to northern Chrysler and $1500 later. They showed me that marshall only changed two sparked.plugs and they were used henceforth the the stutter. What a shame I guess he felt it was okay.to take my.money but not do the job. Be careful when you.take your car to this shop especially if your are.not the same race. He will not do right by you. Always short mechanics.

Honest mechanic. I think the name is a bit misleading. They do all repairs, not just transmission. They are very busy and you will need to make an appointment and it may be a couple of days out. That’s the only downside, but it shows how many loyal customers they have.
